About Mimshac Group
Immigration advice and the law behind it, since 2015.
Who we are
Mimshac Group guides individuals, families and organisations through South African immigration and the law that governs it.
Since 2015 we have helped clients secure work, family, study and retirement visas, permanent residence, and the documents that support them. We also act when things go wrong: overstay bans, rejected applications, waivers and applications left waiting at Home Affairs.

Founded
Mimshac Group opens its doors in South Africa, advising people who want to live, work, study and reunite with family there, and helping clients whose immigration status has gone wrong.

Leadership
Owen Magocha
Corporate and Wealth Migration Strategist
Owen leads Mimshac Group's immigration practice. He holds an LLB from Nelson Mandela University and completed the Legal Profession Admission Board conversion studies for overseas-qualified lawyers through the University of Sydney.
He has managed corporate immigration for multinational companies, as well as private client, high-net-worth and family migration across South Africa, Zimbabwe and further afield. He writes regularly on South African immigration law in our Insights.
